Tham Kim Seng
Mr Tham Kim Seng is the founder and driving force behind Yeuan Tong. With 36 years of experience under his belt, he is a highly capable leader who ensures the business is run smoothly.
Kim Seng rarely idles the day way as he is always motivated to acquire new projects for Yeuan Tong. He analyses, assesses and then decides the best projects to take on.
As our company is continually on the verge of advancement, Kim Seng achieves this gradually with the implementation of new policies and strategies.
The accomplishments of Yeuan Tong are the result of decades of hard work put in by Kim Seng. His wisdom and expertise will guide Yeuan Tong to future successes.
MANAGER
Tham Ting Chee
As a manager, Mr Tham Ting Chee is heavily involved in the company matters. He diligently goes through Yeuan Tong’s accounts to ensure financial records are up to date. He skilfully delegates tasks to his team so that they complete the job as planned and according to the company’s standards.
Ting Chee is a people person, which is why he often handles the meetings with clients. His warm, friendly demeanour reassures clients of any concerns they may have regarding the projects.

Tham Kim Cheang
At Yeuan Tong, Mr Tham Kim Cheang can often be seen supervising various projects.
Wisdom from his years of experience enables him to manage projects without breaking a sweat. Should a client’s project show any signs of trouble, Kim Cheang quickly draws up a plan of action for a viable solution.
When he’s not busy visiting and monitoring the worksites, Kim Cheang is out there eagerly searching for new and interesting projects.
